Start-up Leeds: introduction to marketing

Understand the importance of marketing for your business and get the skills and confidence to develop your own marketing strategy.

About this event

In our seventh interactive workshop at Horsforth library, we’ll be looking at marketing and how to develop and implement your own strategy to connect with your customers, communicate your key messages and measure your results.

In this session you’ll:

• Understand the fundamentals of marketing and learn how to prepare your own marketing plan

• Find out how to do your own research to understand your competitors and target audiences

• Get to grips with the different tools for implementing your marketing, including websites, social media and advertising

• Learn how to measure performance and monitor success

This workshop will be delivered by Katrina Cliffe from Wild PR.
