But getting marketing right and complying with data protection and e-privacy laws can be a daunting task. This workshop will help businesses understand how they can market to their clients/customers without breaking the law. This workshop is suitable for businesses who either have their own in-house marketing staff and those that outsource their marketing function to another business. This workshop is delivered by Dunwell Data Protection.

This workshop will cover how marketing and data protection work together and the laws that apply; how to comply with your data protection obligations when planning your marketing activities and sending marketing communications; and what can happen if you get it wrong.
