How to Effectively Work Remotely

Whatever we feel, think or believe, we are currently in the new “normal” and none of us know how long it will last. We don’t know if working from home on lockdown will be a short-term solution from which many will return to “normal” as soon as they are allowed or whether this is a game changer in terms of our working culture for ever.

What we do know is that if we want to thrive and survive, we need a plan. We need to know how to be effective and what effective looks like? We need to know how to balance child-care, home-schooling, pet management and a Joe Wicks workout with the need to focus on the business – at least some of the time.

But what about our customers and their focus? They are in the same boat too. Many people lack the experience or even the desire to be dynamic and effective when working from home, but it doesn’t have to be this way. This 1 hour webinar will share the secrets to success, however small, and allow you to “get some business stuff done”!

Covering;

– The new “norm” – what does mine look like?

– How can I plan to be productive and effective?

– Managing distractions, time thieves and apathy

– Important v urgent – what to focus on now and later?

– Your daily routine and your weekly plan

– What does “success” even look like?

– Removing the barriers and blockages to success

This 1 hour webinar is being delivered by Nick Bramley from IMPACTUS Group. Nick has significant experience of working remotely, managing teams remotely and still building success and value for the businesses he works with. Nick is one of the Region’s most experienced and expert business practitioners and will share the secrets of some of his success on this practical and very helpful webinar.
