Session 2 – Getting into your customers’ heads – The Value Model Canvas
Learn how to use the Value Proposition canvas as a tool to help you understand why a customer may be motivated to buy from you.
In this session we will explore how to segment your target market and understand how to explain the value of your business proposition differently to those different and distinct markets.
This is an essential tool to have in your kit bag and use every time you evaluate your product, service and customer range.
